Bacon on a Stick – A half pound slab of America’s favorite comfort food… BACON!!

This luscious Pork Belly will be put on a stick, deep fried and then char grilled until crispy. To finish this slice of heaven, we dip it into a maple glaze, and sprinkle with our house seasoning.

Pulled Pork Parfait – layers upon layers of the perfect comfort food…

We take a traditional parfait cup and start with mashed potatoes, then we add our house smoked pulled pork and gravy. We continue to add layers until we reach the top!

This is finished with one last ladle of gravy and fresh chives.

We will also feature a few of the Lansing Lugnuts’ game-day favorites

Big Bone Turkey Leg – Go BIG or go home!!

This extra large turkey leg is smoked and finished on an open grill for this tender, fall off the bone delight…

Brisket Sandwich – house smoked and juicy beef brisket served the old fashion way…

We take our hand carved beef brisket and put it between two slices of good ol’ white bread, finished with your choice of three different BBQ sauces.

BBQ Ribs – Get a half rack of our tender baby back ribs in our homemade BBQ sauce.

Pulled Pork Sandwich – A generous portion of our house smoked pulled pork served on a fresh brioche roll with your choice of sauce.

Gourmet Hamburgers and Hotdogs – Visit two of our Ballpark’s premier locations, Burgertopia and Franx (dogs with the works) for an experience like no other when it comes to gourmet burgers and dogs.
