Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 21 and over with ID to enter this event.

Can I bring my kid with me to the festival?
Beerfest at the Ballpark is not an ideal environment for children. As an adult beverage tasting event, where you must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID to enter, children are not permitted.

What are my parking options at the event?
There is plenty of parking available in downtown Lansing and around Cooley Law Stadium.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes. The guest can come with your ticket and present that ticket on your behalf at registration. The guest must be 21 and over with ID to enter this event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - Please bring your printed ticket.

What is the refund policy?
There are NO REFUNDS. All SALES ARE FINAL.

What is included in the beer festival ticket?
Regular ticket includes 10 tasting tickets good for a 3 oz pour per ticket. VIP ticket includes 15 tasting tickets good for a 3 oz pour per ticket. Additional tickets are available at the festival for 5 for $5. Beerfest at the Ballpark utilizes drink tickets and specially marked cups to assure that we comply with Michigan Liquor Control Commission regulation and have a controlled means of serving beer. Festivals attendees are expected to willingly provide 1 or 2 tickets (All wine, mead, spirits and 9% and above beers are 2 tickets) for each and every tasting of beer received. We appreciate your cooperation. Festival attendees must be 21 years of age or older and have ID to enter.

How and where do I get the drink tickets that come with my admission ticket?
You will pick up the drink tickets inside the event, after you scan your ticket and go through the gate.

Where can I find a list of beers you’ll have?
A list of beers will be in the festival brochure at the event; a final list will also be posted on the home page a week in advance.

Will food be available at the festival?
We will have a variety of different food available for purchase at the festival.

I lost my ticket confirmation email – where can I go to re-print my tickets?

What can I bring with me into the festival?
Other than typical food/pretzel necklaces common at beer festivals, outstide food & beverage are not allowed at Cooley Law School Stadium.

What am I not allowed to bring with me to the festival?
No outside alcohol, dogs, or glass containers, folding / camping chairs, water, hydration backpacks, and empty plastic or metal beverage receptacles are allowed into the festival.

What must I bring with me to be allowed into the festival?
All festival attendees must present their driver’s license or valid state ID at the gate.

Can I enter the festival if I’m not at least 21 years old?
No, you must be 21 or older to enter the festival.

Is this festival outdoors?
Yes. Check the weather forecast ahead of time and dress appropriately! It may be very hot and/or rainy. The festival will proceed rain or shine.
Consider bringing an umbrella or poncho if the forecast calls for rain.

Are there indoor restrooms?
Yes, the restrooms inside the stadium will be available.

Can I pre-party / tailgate in the parking lot before the festival?
No. Please don’t. Respect the neighbors in downtown Lansing. We want to be able to do this event again!
